As the climate changes and disturbance regimes shift, ecosystems are responding – with important consequences for community resilience and for carbon, water, and energy cycling. We combine field measurements, satellite data, and modeling tools to understand and predict the response of terrestrial ecosystem structure and function to global change, with the ultimate goal of supporting conservation and management.
